This was our first year sending out Christmas cards and I was perhaps a little too excited about it. Like almost on the same level of excitement as Mona was about her Christmas cards with Ross. I know that some people cut this out of their budget to save money, but I found a pretty great deal, plus I love helping out the good ole USPS (my mom is a letter carrier)!
Right after our wedding, I found a Groupon for 40 Christmas cards for $19 from Zazzle so I grabbed that as quick as I could. I thought 40 cards would be plenty…I must have forgotten the little detail that we just fed 5x that amount of people at wedding a few days prior. (No, we didn’t send out 200 cards…more like 60 total.)
As I was addressing them, I realized I was almost out so I ran upstairs to my stash of Christmas decorations and goodies and found a box of Christmas cards that I purchased on super sale after Christmas last year. Whew!
I knew I wanted to put a wedding picture on our Christmas card, but I really wanted to include Gracie. Unfortunately, I couldn’t figure out a way to make it work this year, but Gracie will be front and center on next year’s card!
Here’s our Zazzle card:
Only including the back because I love it so much.
And here’s our other card:
I think they both turned out great and I hope that our friends/family liked them!
