HAPPY 50TH BIRTHDAY, DAD!
My dad, the one who changes my oil and puts gas in my car when I’m home and sleeping in late on a Saturday, the one who has more life and common sense advice than anyone on this entire planet, the one who rubbed my legs until I fell asleep as a kid, the one who taught me everything I’ll ever need to know about life…and hockey, and the one who works harder than anyone I know or ever know, turns FIFTY TODAY!
Happy birthday, dad! I love you so much (I wish I had more pictures but mom’s hoarding them at home).
I think when you’re in town next weekend, we have a good excuse to open the Templeton Rye to celebrate.
P.S. My dad is also the one who, not only supports me and my decisions to fall asleep during Easter brunch with family, but joins me.
