So after all of this fun went down, we went back to our ship, grabbed a bucket of beer and played a round of putt-putt.
You see, whenever the four of us get together, it’s always, always, boys vs. girls. It doesn’t matter if it’s Euchre, corn hole, racing our canoes, putt-putt or Super Mario, I don’t think I’ve ever been on Kevin’s “team.” And most of the time, Sara and I win, but this time, the guys got lucky and tied us.
After putt-putt we ate a little snack.
Cruise ship salad bars are the best.
We stuffed ourselves silly and headed back to Serenity to relax for a bit.
After some of these drinks…
We all looked like this…passed out.
When we woke up, we were hungry again. This is a never ending problem when cruising, so we helped ourselves to some ice cream and sat at a table outside.
We played some hands of Euchre (again, Sara and I vs. Kevin and Danny) and witnessed a crazy drunk lady throw a cheeseburger off the ship. How nice.
Before we knew it, we were leaving Freeport!
We got a little slap happy after our day of drinking and napping while we got ready for our formal dinner.
I’m in love with Sara’s dress!
And Raul loved us.
Now if you haven’t ever been on a cruise before, the food is literally unlimited. You could order 5 of these salads if you wanted to. We definitely took advantage of this feature.
Especially on lobster night!
Two for Gabby.
And we found this little guy waiting for us!
Ready for day three!
(I told you I’d be spreading out these updates…it was too fun not to relive it all slowly!)
