Half Marathon Training {September 28-October 4}

October 1: My body was lucky I ran just once this week. It was a rough one. I was trying to deal with Scott’s passing and just life sucking in general, but I managed to fit one run in. Hallelujah. I’m sticking with the Couch to 5K program because for the first time since July, my shins don’t hurt after I run. I’ll take it. The C25K app, however, doesn’t transfer well to my RunKeeper app, so in my notes I’ve been keeping track of my running pace.

  • Walk pace (0.90 miles) – 15:52
  • Run pace (1.29 miles) – 12:24
